Prices
We reserve the right to make price changes due to changing market conditions, promotional campaigns, supplier price increases, error corrections, and any other circumstance.
Ordering and Shipping
Orders are processed within 3-5 working days. An order will not be "accepted" until payment has been recieved. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within 3-5 working days, we will contact you via email. For UK customers items will be sent by first Class Post, the date of delivery is dependent on Royal Mail. We will notify you when your order has been shipped. At this present time we are only shipping in the UK.
You will be notified if items are out of stock and will be given a modified delivery date.
Returns and Cancellations
Items purchased from TheSoundhouse may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.
Refunds will be credited to original card or account used at time of purchase.
To initiate a return, email the following information to us at info@thesoundhouse.org:
* The items and quantities you would like to return.
* The reason for the return request.
When we recieve your return request, we will contact you. If your return request is approved, you will recieve a return authorisation number and the postal address to send the returned item(s) to. Please do not return merchandise without a return authorisation number.
